"I move for many reasons, and the one I wanted to share today was why I move at work. I try and go to the little fitness centre they have here at work. I go there at lunch to maintain my sanity, to keep my energy up and to just feel better about what I have accomplished. It's amazing how even after 10 minutes I feel a million times better. Even the most ridiculous of stress seem a bit more easier to handle after a short workout."
