Physical activity is any bodily movement that you participate in during your week. It doesn't mean you need a gym membership, need to run marathons, or even attend a indoor cycling class - just get up and move! Consider gardening for 10 minutes, walking your dog daily or heading down to your local bowling alley.
As a qualified exercise professional I can list many reasons why you should move. Health, function, improved quality of life, spending time with friends - but it is when it comes from you that it is more powerful, interesting and inspirational. By sharing your reason, it might just motivate someone else to get up and move too.
