What does it mean to MOVE?

Why do we MOVE?

We know the dictionary definition of movement as “putting something into activity or to rouse up from inactivity,” but what does that mean for us in our everyday lives, and what does that look like for people of all ages and backgrounds?
​That’s what this project aims to figure out: all the reasons we move and get roused up from inactivity.

Physical activity is any bodily movement that you participate in during your week. It doesn't mean you need a gym membership, that you need to run marathons, or attend a indoor cycling class - just get up and move! Consider gardening for 10 minutes, walking your dog daily, or heading down to your local bowling alley.
