​The Why I Move Project was started by Lisa Workman in 2013 as a passion project. It is her way of sharing her own passion for physical activity, fitness, and health. As an experienced and qualified exercise professional and medical fitness consultant, Lisa knows first-hand the importance of staying active for your health. So she began collecting inspiring stories about the reasons behind our physical activities. Kids? Pets? Work? Recreation? Health? Maybe a combination! Your motivations can come from everywhere and anywhere, and we’d like to hear about it.
