Websters dictionary defines to move to put into activity or rouse up from inactivity

Why do you move? It is a question that I discuss most working days as a qualified exercise professional. Individuals typically list the regular reasons such as:

"I want to lose weight"
"To firm my thighs and buttocks"
"I want to be healthy"

This are all fine reasons to be physically active but can't we dig a little deeper?

This is the place to let it be known that it isn't all about looking better as the reason to move more. Please share your reason "why i move"
