Have you ever heard of the Jar of Life?
It is taking a large jar and filling it up with your priorities. The large items go in first, then the smaller ones and then finally the tiniest ones fill in the edges. A simple search online will give you examples of using rocks, stones and sand to act as your priorities as you fill up your Jar of Life. In this video, Lisa spins the Jar of Life on its head (well, not completely!) and demonstrates not only the physical activity guidelines but also helps you plan how to fit in all the pieces (and priorities) of YOUR physical activity. For the Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines, go to: https://csepguidelines.ca/ When we think of moving more, we can often think about heading to the GYM for a workout. It is very fitting as it is Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend! 🇨🇦
