"I move to be happy. When I need to distress, I hit the gym. When I need to zone out, I go for a run. When I need to escape reality, or simple escape the noise and negativity of the big city, I love more then anything to find a high peak, hidden from population, high enough to see as far as the eye can see, and challenging enough to feel empowered to reach the peak. I enjoy many aspects of fitness, but I enjoy the ability to move, and reach areas that otherwise I couldn't.
