"I move to experience new activities, new places, and to stay healthy.
As a national level gymnast growing up I did many hours of training and competing, until I developed Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis at age 16. This means I have fatigue, pain and decreased movement in my joints. My whole life movement has been an important part of me. Since my diagnosis I've continued to hike, geocache, bike and many other things!
I now am a physiotherapist working with athletes and people of all ages. Helping them to overcome their barriers and achieve their goals."
